Willie, the lead singer of The Doors Alive has an uncanny resemblance to Jim and a rich baritone voice that reproduces Jim’s fine live performance.
The line up also features Cristian on keyboards Baz on guitar and Buzz on drums. Every attention to detail is given to authenticity from the vintage instruments used and to the crafted representation of the Doors at their musical peak in the 70’s.
Above is an extract from the Doors Alive recent concert in Paris to celebrate Jim Morrison ‘s influence and legacy, filmed at La Cigale, Paris on 3rd July 2011. Thank you all who were there, you were an amazing audience. It was the most exciting and emotional show we have ever played: A fitting tribute to Jim on his 40th – 40 years and still remembered!
