The Kanyu Tree return to The Ruby Rooms on 18th April 2012.

The Kanyu Tree are Daniel, Shane and Oisín Cluskey, three brothers from Salthill in County Galway.

After two successful singles this year – ‘Radio’ and ‘Shelf Life’ – the band released their debut album, ‘People Street’, on Sony Music Ireland on September 30.

The record was co-produced by the band and Ali Shaheed Muhammed from A Tribe Called Quest. The band have spent the summer recording and playing live, with festival shows at the likes of Oxegen, Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions, Castlepalooza and Indiependence under their belt.
