 Pat Shortt, has been a household name in Irish comedy since his days with D’Unbelievables up to his last one-man sell out show “Pat Shortt Live”. Since then he has gone on to star in the hugely successful “Man about Dog“directed by Paddy Breanacht and to play a part in Damien O Donnell’s “Inside I’m Dancing”. As well as appearing in feature films, thousands of viewers welcomed Pat and the residents of Killinaskully into their homes on Sunday evenings on RTE One. Not only was it RTE’s No1 hit show; it also reached No 1 in the DVD chart at Christmas the same year. Pat Shortt also capped it all off with the release of the Jumbo Breakfast Roll Song following the huge response it received on the Late Late Show and went on to become the summer anthem. Another great night of Comedy with his much loved whit and humour is guaranteed as Pat Shortt and his new character “Mattie” take to the main stage in The Royal Theatre Castlebar.
